About Donnell
.Over two years ago, I made a decision that changed my life. Starting at 270 lbs (122 kg), I committed to a complete transformation and through dedication, consistency, and a deep self-driven study of exercise science and nutrition, I brought myself down to 179 lbs, building a strong muscle foundation and maintaining a lean physique along the way.
But the most rewarding part of this journey hasn't been my own results it's been helping others achieve theirs.
.I recently worked with a university student who was overweight and looking for real, sustainable change. Within just 3 months, he went from struggling with his weight to being lean, stronger, and healthier with visible abs to show for it! That transformation is proof that the right guidance, applied consistently, works.
My approach is rooted in what actually gets results: smart training, practical nutrition, and a plan tailored to your life, not a generic programme copied from the internet. I've lived this process myself, and I know what it takes to push through the hard days and stay on track for the long run.
