About Rikki
I have always had an interest in teaching and mentoring, as evident in my current role. I have also worked in specialist schools to deliver assistance and promote engagement for young adults/ teens. From his I have 10 years of experience within this field, working in high pressure and sensitive situations. Most recently I have created this package to help support young people achieve to their fullest.
To add I have completed continuous training in mental health services, advice and guidance, aswell as relevant safeguarding.

Hi! My name is Rikki and I am currently working as a youth mental health and well-being practitioner. I have enjoyed this employment for the last 2 1/2 years working with a variety of young people in improving confidence, resilience and fitness. Within this role I have developed knowledge and strategies to successfully tackle anxiety, depression and learning difficulties.
I have a background and degree in fitness management, combining this knowledge into my current role I aim to create a bespoke mentoring service for all those in need!
