About Mason
Nearing the finish of my physical education degree at Nipissing University. I have a very large variety of fitness experience from various sports, weightlifting and aerobic activity. I am a varsity volleyball player at Nipissing University looking to help make a difference in a young child's fitness goals.

In terms of fitness and sports, competition is the main teaching method. It provides a lot of fun and at times does not feel like exercise. Allowing the student to feel comfortable and free is the main goal of fitness as a young age.
