From the first lesson, I will understand the ability of the student and adapt in a way that will help them improve and reach their full potential. As someone who has only recently been in similar shoes as the student, I can show them that learning the subjects can be enjoyable and grasped with hard work. Lessons will involve teaching the content, consolidating knowledge with questions and testing this regularly to ensure information is being absorbed. Anything in particular the student struggles with will be paid lots of attention to and helped to my best ability.
