About ALEXTHON
I am a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science student at Liceo de Cagayan University with experience in student leadership, organization management, and school-based activities. During Senior High School, I served in leadership roles including Editor-in-Chief of our student publication and President of a student multimedia organization, where I worked with fellow students and helped oversee organizational activities.
Currently, I serve as an Associate of the Department of Linkage and Partnerships under the College of Arts and Social Sciences Student Body Organization and as an Assistant Class Representative for NSTP1.
These experiences have taught me that effective school leadership involves responsibility, communication, teamwork, organization, and initiative—skills I aim to share with students who want to become more capable and confident leaders.

My lessons on Leadership focus on the practical side of becoming an effective student leader. Drawing from my own experience in student organizations, student publication leadership, and school-based activities, I discuss leadership in a way that is simple and applicable to everyday student situations.
Lessons may cover leadership styles, teamwork, communication, decision-making, delegation, conflict management, accountability, and organizing student activities. I also encourage students to understand that leadership is not simply about holding a position, but about responsibility, initiative, and working effectively with others.
The goal is to help students become more confident, responsible, and capable leaders within their school community.
