About Avelyn
My passion for teaching organic chemistry began during undergrad, where I served as both a Supplemental Instructor and tutor for Organic Chemistry I & II. I genuinely love helping students make sense of this challenging subject and watching their confidence grow as the material starts to click. Organic chemistry is often seen as intimidating, but with the right approach, it can be both understandable and rewarding.

Whether we're reviewing class material, working through practice problems, or preparing for exams, my goal is to create an encouraging, judgment-free space where students feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their progress. I also share study strategies that helped me succeed as a student, SI, and now as a dental student.
