My lessons are to help you get a basic understanding of karate or try it out before joining a dojo or just to have some fun. I specialise in budo or traditional Karate for body and mind over fighting. It's a fun relaxing way to train and unwind

I highly recommend Tara as a trainer. I am 43 years old and my body has been feeling much better ever since doing gentle mobility with her she always encourages me and tells me I do not have to push myself which is hard for me to do. Tara can teach me things very quickly through repetition. Her methods are fun but work very quickly. I learned to solve the cube in 3 days
