About Amber
I’m a friendly, enthusiastic and approachable Physiotherapist with a real passion for sport, fitness and helping others achieve their goals. I’m an elite rower and keen cyclist, so sport has always been a huge part of my life. Alongside my clinical career, I’ve enjoyed teaching swimming, coaching athletes and leading sporting teams. I love sharing my knowledge and helping students build confidence, understand PE and enjoy learning.

My teaching approach is friendly, supportive and tailored to each student. I take the time to understand how you learn best, breaking down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps. I aim to make lessons engaging and enjoyable, using real-life sporting examples and my experience as a physiotherapist and athlete to bring PE theory to life. My goal is to build confidence, develop understanding and help every student reach their potential.
