About Matt
I have always been a passionate mathematician and had a desire to get into maths teaching to share that passion with others. I believe there is a beauty to mathematics that is hard to capture in a 60 minute school lesson, and I believe that every topic should be engaging and thought-provoking. Tutoring is not only a way for me to help people on their mathematical journeys but a way for me to share the passion I have for the field.

I believe maths should be challenging but approachable. I think the rigours of academic mathematics can be introduced at a lower level to help create fantastic future mathematicians and problem solvers. I am currently undertaking a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics, and am comfortable teaching anything up to Key Stage 4 and 5. I am easily adaptable in terms of lesson styles and length and I am open to discussion on how you would like to go about this.
