About Sinead
Hi, I’m Sinead! I completed biology and chemistry at Leaving Cert level, pursued a science degree and am now a second-year doctorate student with UCD. My research is focused on cereal nutritional value when grown in Ireland. Thanks to the broad scope of my science background, I can pursue a range of exciting careers, with lecturing high on the long list of those considered! As part of my research, I oversee many intern students as they assist me in both laboratory and fieldwork. As someone who enjoys sharing knowledge with others, my lessons hope to enhance student interest and understanding in my focus subjects. My current education as a doctoral student enables me to provide tailored assistance to students. •Student perks• In a world where online tools are increasingly used, enjoyable teaching methods promising enhanced material engagement will be deployed.
