About Georgina
I'm a teacher that loves to teach and connect.
My students have described me as warm, friendly, different, accessible, fun, audible, powerful and balanced with clear cues that help them to deepen their understanding of the poses and the deeper aspects of yoga in general.
I am not an ex-gymnast or dancer. I worked in an office for 10 years and so have a personal understanding of the aches, pains and stress that come from sitting down all day. I also know and am on the journey that has helped to heal that both physically and mentally.
No yoga teacher is for everyone, you have to find the teacher that you connect, understand and vibe with. So let's have a chat to find out if we are right for each other!

About the lesson
- All Levels
- English

- Typical practise: 1 hour (can be up to 90 minutes) online (offline depending on location)
- Styles: Power/Dynamic Vinyasa, Mandala, Yang to Yin, Slow Flow
(You can have the option of experiencing a 20 minute guided savasana, either within the hour or added to your hour.)
- Teaching online and off since 2019. 300 hrs training including Power, Mandala and hands-on-assisting. Can supply reviews on request.
- Great for beginners - intermediate of ages 18 +
- Guidance style is warm and straightforward and although we take our practise seriously, we don't always have to be super serious as we practise! Focus is on physically practising safely whilst deepening our awareness of habits/thoughts/breath etc and practising (new) constructive ones.
