1) Want to help students in A level Studies as I understand what really is needed to achieve the higher grades in A levels after being taught by senior examiners during my own A level Studies especially for Biology.
2) I’m patient. If my students don’t understand a certain key concept, I will explain in different way for them to understand it with many examples provided along the way

First approach the content of the A level Syllabus to ensure a solid understanding. This ensures when we attempt A level questions together, we are able to attempt the more demanding applications questions which is where all marks tend to be to gain the higher marks. At the beginning of each lesson, we go through a compulsory 10-15 minute recall period where information taught in previous lessons is consolidated.
Homework include after each lesson:
1) Concepts Map which allow the contextual linking between the different topics in the syllabus to recognise the links and bigger pictures of what is taught to real world application
2) Provided with exam questions packs with all questions before to increase exam technique throughout the year!
