About Sabrina
I bring over 10 years of experience in interviewing, hiring, leadership, and entrepreneurship. For the past 10 years, I’ve conducted approximately 50–75 interviews each year, giving me extensive experience on the hiring side of the interview process. I currently hold two roles: a leadership position in a hospital setting and ownership of a fair-trade coffee business.

I fumbled a job so badly that it changed the way I approach interviews.
I once went through three rounds of interviews for a position I really wanted. I had the experience, the qualifications, and a great connection with the hiring managers. When I received a generic rejection, I asked for feedback. The HR Director told me that it was because I had vented about my current job during the first interview. Hiring someone who was already in a difficult place would have been a significant risk — they couldn't afford to gamble on the wrong leadership decision for their new HQ.
I had allowed my frustration and anger with my situation to build up and affect how I was showing up, both professionally and personally.
That experience taught me that interviews aren't just about your qualifications — how you show up matters.
I help people prepare for interviews without pretending to be someone they're not. We work on your answers, confidence, communication, presence, and how you tell your story through realistic mock interviews and direct feedback.
