HULA
Hula hooping as an exercise and dance has impacted me in such dramatic and positive ways for the last 8 years- both physically and spiritually. With online flexibility, not only can I monetize a true passion but I'm also rewarded by being able to share some of the beginning moments of enlightenment while learning and experiencing this form of expression.
SWIM
My experience swimming for 4 years, began in high school (in addition to a separate competitive year-round team) opened my eyes how to perfect the hydrodynamics of each stroke, and maximize a workout while protecting your joints.

Are you looking for a new exercise prop you can't put down? Perhaps learning to perfect your swimming stroke of choice?
I am a visual/hands-on learner with a vibrant and likeminded teaching style. I firmly believe in muscle memory, trial and error, and the importance of practicing in an environment that fosters creativity and the ability to laugh through each mistake.
I will lead you through the fundamentals of hula hoop dance. Then we will dive further into how to apply multiplanar moves to find your own movements, style and interpretations. Catered differently to all ages.
Extremely kid/family friendly, mobile, requiring minimal cost efficient materials (recommended polypro tubing hula hoop, don't worry our first lesson can cover all of this and your questions about purchasing the right hoop!)
*Optional* Specialties: Multi hoop flow, LED and fire-wicked hoops
Are you interested in mastering the four strokes of swimming? Let me assist! Rather, if you know which strokes best interests you, and we'll spend our time within those topics instead. Catered differently to all ages.

Remember, for waist hooping to keep using your bodily momentum by turning with the hoop direction, and for off-body practicing keep having fun swinging that hoop around on the arms and then attempting to keep the rotations between the thumb + index finger! Happy Hooping!
