About Athira
Hi! I’m Dr. Athira, an Ayurveda doctor and a passionate teacher who enjoys connecting with people and helping them see things from a clearer, more positive perspective.
My approach to life coaching is simple, practical, and personal. I believe everyone goes through phases of self-doubt, confusion, stress, or feeling stuck—and sometimes, having someone who genuinely listens can make a big difference.
In my sessions, I create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can openly talk, understand your thoughts, identify your strengths, and work towards realistic goals.
