About Lakshay
Namaste! I’m Lakshay, a yoga instructor based in Rishikesh, India, trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa.
My teaching focuses on proper alignment, clear guidance, mindful movement, and building strength step by step. I enjoy working with beginners as well as students who want to deepen their existing practice.
I have experience teaching daily drop-in classes to Indian and international students, adapting each session to different levels, needs, and abilities.
Along with Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, I also offer Yin Yoga, Pranayama, relaxation, and mindful practices. My aim is to make yoga practical, approachable, and sustainable — helping you develop a stronger body, calmer mind, and a more balanced lifestyle.
