About Mphatso
My academic background is finance at the University of Pretoria. I am fortunate enough to have a gift for teaching and have used the confluence of the two forces to run a successful tutoring service for 5+ years.

Do not let your efforts be in vain. I have been teaching and studying finance for 4 years and have seen a lot of fruitless efforts by students before I engaged with them.
Financial studies are not like most subjects where marks are rewarded for intelligence or memory. In this field, marks are rewarded for decision making. The essence is that anybody can be smart, but few can be wise, and wisdom is the caviar of a good financier or any person in business.
This is why my lessons are more like adventures as opposed to traditional lessons. Indeed, they entail a lot of practice with past papers and assignments. Together I'd like us to harness our sail within the dynamic world of business and uncover the sincere intention of the principles we follow in financial studies such as accounting and economics. That way, beyond memorising them, you can use them, just like I have.
I don't want to teach you something, I want you to learn something.
I help speed up the learning curve of any student from grade 9 to post graduate honours, especially those that have an appetite for learning.
