About Daniel
To the student,
Hey I'm Dan, a 4th year Engineering Student at University of Oxford who understands the struggles of a student as I am currently one myself. After over 15 years in education I have styled my teaching to remove the obstacles that I faced.
I achieved 8A*s and 3As at GCSE with A*A*A in A-Level whilst also playing rugby, climbing competitively and having something resembling a social life. So that mountain infront of you is very much surmountable!
I can't wait to meet you and start ticking off that syllabus.

I run sessions lasting between 30 and 90 minutes, as any longer doesn't prove beneficial in past experience.
During these I work through practise questions with the student and explain concepts that they are struggling to grasp. At the end, I can set work for them to complete before our next session to cement their learning. The content of our sessions can either be alongside that which they are learning in school or going above and beyond.
I have worked as a Maths & Physics teacher at a top grammar school in Kent teaching all year groups to an A* standard in GCSE and A-Level.
I am happy to teach any age from primary school to A-Level.
I have also given students mock Oxbridge Interviews for Maths, Physics and Engineering and aided the completion of personal statements for a much broader range of subjects.
