My teaching method aims to get maximum engagement from the pupil. I like to ask questions to figure out what the student knows, and then ask questions in a breadcrum trail to lead them to the answer. It is important to develop a stuents confidence and let them realise that they are more capable than they think. Am always happy to prepare resources/ homework tasks, but also encourage students to carry out indepenent research following lessons.
