About Yogeeta
Hi, I’m Yogeeta! I’m currently in my final year studying English Literature at the University of the West of England and will be starting my Master’s in English Literature later this year. I’ve always had a genuine passion for reading, analysing texts, and exploring different interpretations.
I know that English can sometimes feel overwhelming — especially when it comes to structuring essays or analysing quotes in exams. I aim to break things down clearly and make lessons feel supportive, interactive and stress-free. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and developing their own ideas without worrying about “getting it wrong.”
Outside of university, I’ve worked in busy, people-focused roles which have strengthened my communication skills and patience. I enjoy building good rapport with students and creating a positive learning environment.
My goal is not just to improve grades, but to help students feel more confident and capable in English.

I offer supportive and structured online tutoring for GCSE and A Level English Literature and Language. As a final-year English Literature student at UWE progressing to Master’s study, I combine strong academic knowledge with a clear understanding of current exam expectations.
I teach a wide range of texts including Shakespeare, modern drama, 19th-century novels, and poetry comparison. My lessons focus on helping students feel confident with essay writing, analysing quotations effectively, and understanding how to build clear, well-structured arguments.
Whether a student is aiming to secure a pass, improve from a 4 to a 6, or push towards top grades at A Level, I tailor sessions to their individual needs. I break down complex ideas into manageable steps while encouraging independent thinking and deeper analysis.
I provide constructive feedback, structured practice, and clear exam strategies to ensure consistent progress and growing confidence.
