About Jonathan
I am a Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering student with a strong interest in mathematics, chemistry, and problem-solving. Throughout my studies, I have developed experience in applying scientific concepts to real engineering challenges, which has strengthened both my technical understanding and communication skills. I want to teach because I enjoy helping students gain confidence in subjects that can often seem difficult at first. I find it rewarding to explain concepts clearly, support students in improving their understanding, and help them achieve better results in their studies and exams.

As a Chemical Engineering student, I bring a strong background in both mathematics and chemistry, with experience applying these subjects to real engineering problems. My tutoring approach is focused on building a deep understanding of core concepts through clear explanations, worked examples, and exam-style practice. I aim to make difficult topics more approachable by breaking them into manageable steps and adapting lessons to each student’s level and learning style. I encourage students to ask questions confidently and focus on developing long-term problem-solving skills rather than memorising methods.
