About Joselin
my name is Joselin I am 32, a mum to my little boy Lucas and I have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years. I have been into fitness since the age of 18 and before I found the love for fitness, I used to be your typical girl that hated sports, I was constantly on a diet and chasing that perfect skinny body. When I joined the gym, I started getting into weight training and fell in love with the way weight training made me feel, strong fit & confident. 4 years into my training, I wanted to train with a goal in mind so I decided to enter a bikini bodybuilding competition. Little did I know, I would then be competing for another 5 years after that. I did 15 shows in total around the UK & Europe and placed 1st or second in every show. During this time I was also coaching other women who wanted to compete and get ready for a show. I stopped competing to focus on starting my family, during this time I fell in love with holistic health and wanted my body to be as healthy as possible to be able to have a healthy pregnancy. I started researching into how food and lifestyle affects our hormones and our gut health. I realised that health is much more than how we look in the mirror and the kind of foods that we eat play a huge role on our internal health and well-being. After having my son, I had to adapt my training around him by planning my workouts and meals so that they were quick and effective whilst helping me heal and nourish my body during this time in my life. My passion is in helping women regain their health and self-confidence through lifestyle changes. I don’t do quick fixes, only long-lasting sustainable results!

I have 10 years' experience as a personal trainer. Not everyone enjoys exercising but we know we have to. That's why my exercises are super fun and enjoyable whilst getting amazing, long-lasting results and you will start to change your mindset about fitness. Over the years, I have helped 1000's of women through online coaching & 1-1 PT. I absolutely love my job, especially when I have helped play a role in somebody regaining their confidence and quality of life back. My focus is on hormonal and gut health as well as detoxing to ensure that your system is working efficiently so you are able to lose the weight and keep it off!
