About Jay
There are times in life when we feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about the future. This can stem from self-doubt, burnout, career setback, health challenges or major life changes that leave us questioning our directions.
My approach to coaching is shaped not only by professional training but also by my life experience. As a martial artist and trainer, once I had a clear vision for my future. A diagnosis of blood cancer, however, brought unexpected challenges in all aspects of my life that affected my complete sense of stability. Rebuilding my life through uncertainty taught me resilience, adaptability, self-awareness and how to find purpose when old plans no longer fit reality.
Whether you are facing a life transition, recovery from a setback or searching for greater direction, purpose or peace in life, I will work alongside you with empathy, structure and accountability to help you make meaningful progress.
