About Paula
I am a Personal Trainer and Dancer with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sports. I have been in the Fitness Industry for more than six years, five of them as a personal trainer, dance teacher and instructor of directed activities in prestigious gyms and clubs in the city of London (United Kingdom).
I create personalized, creative and accessible programs to be able to change the quality of life of my clients and together to achieve their goals.
I train individually and in small groups.
I specialize in functional training, weight loss, flexibility and mobility, strength, dance training and injury recovery

Each client is different, as well as their goals, their experiences in the world of fitness and sport, etc. I treat each client individually, conducting a small personal interview and physical test of strength, mobility and endurance to know where we should start.
The client must be clear about their objectives, as well as planning their time for training with me and on their own, otherwise, I will help them to set them. From here I create a plan based on your needs and objectives and I accompany you in which, for many, it is the beginning of a new lifestyle.
I always offer nutritional advice, laying the foundation for a healthy way of eating, outside of restrictive diets and calorie counting. For me nutrition is 60% to achieve your goals.
My training in these times of pandemic takes place in open spaces, specifically in the bed of the Valencia river. I offer online sessions (lower price-more limited time) and I value the option of training at the client's home.

Una profesional de los pies a la cabeza. Sus entrenamientos están adaptados a las necesidades de la persona, saca lo mejor de ti. Con constancia y pequeñas metas, se van viendo unos resultados increíbles. Llevo entrenando varios años y siempre tiene retos que ofrecer. La recomiendo.
Ya conocía a Paula por su gran faceta de bailarina pero, desde que he empezado a entrenar con ella, por primera vez he disfrutado haciendo ejercicio. Se amolda a tus necesidades y sus entrenamientos son todo menos rutinarios, además de ser una entrenadora de lo más encantadora y comprensiva. No sé si seguiría haciendo deporte si no fuera con ella... 100% recomendable.
