About Younes
As a certified Advanced Coach with German Cycling, a bike fitter, and an active competitive athlete in road and gravel cycling, I combine scientifically sound training methods with practical racing experience. As part of a high-performing amateur cycling team, I have firsthand knowledge of the demands of competitive sports and understand the importance of individual support on the path to peak performance.

Want to get faster on your bike and unlock your full potential? I'll guide you with personalized 1:1 remote coaching – regardless of discipline, age, or performance level. As a certified Advanced Coach with German Cycling and an active competitive athlete in road and gravel cycling, I combine scientifically sound training methods with practical racing experience. My coaching takes a holistic approach, considering all factors that influence your performance. In addition to individually tailored training plans, you'll receive comprehensive support – from targeted race preparation and performance diagnostics with Aerotune and individual pacing strategies to nutrition and supplement planning, as well as developing mental strategies for training and competition. Whether you're aiming for your first amateur race, a cycling marathon, a gravel event, or a licensed race – together we'll work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
