About Magali
I am a professional fashion designer, tailor and costume maker with experience creating bespoke garments for performance, editorial, and private clients.
Clients and Brands I've worked for include Ninho (96 Million Youtube views), Baby Queen, Snipes, Karl Kani, Starlight Express on West End, Reverberation at the Bristol Old Vic and many more.
I've worked at London Fashion week, Paris Fashion week and New York Fashion week and know what it takes to succeed in the industry.

I specialise in supporting students applying to competitive fashion universities, such as Central Saint Martins or London College of Fashion.
As a CSM Short Course Tutor and current Styling Specialist Technician at London College of Fashion, I work closely with BA and MA students across Fashion Styling, Creative Direction and Photography. I understand what universities are looking for — both creatively and technically — and how to help students translate their ideas into a strong, cohesive portfolio.
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student-centred. I begin by understanding your strengths, interests, and the course you’re applying for. From there we:
• Analyse your current portfolio and identify gaps
• Refine concept development and research processes
• Strengthen visual storytelling and editing
• Improve presentation and layout
• Develop personal statements and interview confidence
I focus not just on “making it look good” but on helping you articulate your thinking clearly — which is often what distinguishes successful applicants.
Sessions
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, though I am happy to offer 90 min sessions for an in-depth tutorial.
You will receive:
