About Margaret
I have been sewing for over 25 years and it all started back in high school when I began altering my own clothes and making dresses for school dances. That is where I really learned how much I enjoyed taking an idea and turning it into something you can actually wear.
In 2009 I started my first brand and have been building and evolving ever since. Today I run a swimwear, fashion, and accessories brand where I get to combine creativity with technical sewing and design work on a daily basis.
As a tutor I keep things hands-on and practical. I focus on helping you understand how things come together so you are not just following steps but actually learning the why behind them. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to level up your skills I meet you where you are and help you grow from there.
My goal is to help you feel confident sewing, designing and creating pieces that reflect your personal style and ideas. I want you to walk away knowing how to think like a maker and bring your own visions to life.

Whether you're interested in fashion design, cosplay, costume making, or simply learning how to use a sewing machine, my lessons are designed to help you build practical skills while creating projects you genuinely enjoy.
I take a personalized, hands-on approach to teaching, tailoring each lesson to your experience level, interests, and creative goals. From your first stitch to advanced design concepts, I'll guide you through the process step-by-step.
