About Anaya
As a highly acclaimed regional singer hailing from the Nort-East with a professional singing career spanning over 12+ years, I am proud to have collaborated and performed alongside some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Udit Narayan, Javed Ali, Mika Singh, Shivamani, Kumar Sanu, and many more. I have also lent my voice to a Bollywood movie, 'Chaar Din Ki Chandni,' and have performed in over 1000 concerts across the globe.
In 2018, I was nominated for the Artist Aloud Award in the category of Best Folk Single of the year for my single 'Lagan Lagi'. With my extensive experience in Bollywood playback and my Masters Degree in Hindustani Classical Music, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my online music classes.
I offer training in a wide range of Indian music genres, including Sufi, Folk, Classical, Semi-Classical, Bollywood, and Ghazal. My passion for music shines through in my teaching and performances, and I am dedicated to helping my students discover their own unique voice and style.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced singer, my lessons are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. I also specialize in music activities for kids in the early years and firmly believe in the positive impact that music can have on a child's cognitive and emotional development.

As a renowned regional artist and Bollywood singer, my approach to teaching singing is focused on tailoring the learning experience to each individual student. I believe in assessing each student's current level of knowledge and skills, and building upon that foundation to help them reach their full potential.
Throughout my classes, I place a strong emphasis on developing a deep understanding of both Swar (Vocals) and Laya/Taal (Rhythm), so that students can have a solid command over the intricacies of vocal performance. Additionally, I pay close attention to each student's unique vocal texture, and work with them to develop techniques that are tailored specifically to their genre.
At the heart of my teaching philosophy is a focus on the fundamentals of singing. I believe that a strong grasp of technical details is essential for students to fully grasp the art and science of vocal performance. To that end, I take the time to explain these concepts in depth, and use regular testing to ensure that students are making consistent progress.
