About Fahmida
I've always enjoyed helping others understand things clearly, especially when it comes to science and maths. After completing my A levels in Maths, Chemistry, and Biology and becoming an optometrist, I realised how valuable a strong academic foundation is—not just for exams, but for real-life careers.
Now that I'm on maternity leave, I want to use my time and skills to support GCSE students who might be feeling overwhelmed, underconfident, or just in need of a clearer explanation. I believe learning doesn't have to be stressful—it can actually be empowering with the right support. Teaching gives me the chance to make a positive impact, and I find it incredibly rewarding to watch students grow in confidence and start to enjoy subjects they once found difficult.
