About Jeff
Jeff Graffius is a certified personal trainer and an expert at helping men over 40 achieve a lean, ripped physique. Jeff specializes in utilizing a cyclical ketogenic nutrition plan alongside intelligent strength training .
With decades of experience, his mission is to prove that age is just a number when you train smart, eat clean, and stay consistent. Jeff is available for online coaching as well as in-home personal training.
As a former professional boxer and drug free bodybuilding champion, Jeff brings the discipline, intensity, and mental toughness from the ring into every training session. He is currently certified through I.S.S.A and has previously held certifications through A.C.E. and N.G.A.
After retiring from professional boxing, I decided to start competing as a drug free bodybuilder. I learned a tremendous amount on how to lose body fat & gain muscle during my competitive years, and had many requests from individuals for training & nutrition consultation. I decided to then start my own fitness consulting business and it has been the best decision I could have ever made.
I have been certified through 3 different personal training organizations. A.C.E. N.G.A and currently I.S.S.A. I am also a certified ketogenic diet/lifestyle coach.
I am a former professional boxer, strength coach, gym owner and bodybuilding champion.

Look for an experienced trainer with, not only the credentials, but who looks the part and also has "hands on", "real world" in the trenches experience.
One of my last clients was a teenager of only 16 years of age. In only 6 months we were able to add nearly 10lbs of muscle, while simultaneuosly dropping 6 lbs of fat. This resulted in him entering, and winning the teen division in his very first contest.

Jeff Graffius is a knowledgeable trainer, who patiently works with his clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Jeff is an amazing Personal Trainer. I started to work with him so I could build some muscle and lose fat as well. In a short amount of time (about a week or so) I noticed my body felt a lot firmer. I have continued his program since then about 5 years ago and feel very strong, firm, and trim.
