About Johannes
I am a multi-instrumentalist who has been in quite a few bands over the years, currently focusing mainly on my project Astarial. I discovered black metal in the late 90s and was hooked straight away. For many of us extreme metal fans, this type of music never leaves our blood! MANY hours have been spent putting my technique under the microscope to improve and sound as good as possible both live and on recording. Now I'm teaching you all my knowledge so you can get the results you want with your singing and screaming!

Do you want to learn extreme metal singing? Black metal scream? Maybe use extreme effects to complement your regular singing? I have over 15 years of experience and will teach you the right technique for live and recording - without risk of injury, and with the power to sing for a long, long time without risk of losing your voice.
We start with you telling me what you want to achieve or how you want to sound, what you want to change or anything else you'd like help with. Then we get started! We keep the theory part to a minimum (unless you want to know more, of course!). The focus is always on helping you move forward. I'll guide you and give you tips so that you can feel the freedom to express yourself as you want!
Don't have anywhere to practice growl without someone calling the police? Come to my place in central Gothenburg, or we can do online if you prefer.
All levels and ages are welcome - beginners and experienced.
