We are your coaches Preeti & Rohit, a certified movement coach and practitioner. We are also trained in different movements which are skill based and helps in strength building, weight loss, builds flexibility, toned body and most importantly helps you transform overall lifestyle . We are on a mission to change thousands of lifestyle in sustainable way which we practice and preach.
Preeti is also a yoga instructor who helps an individual to go deeper in asanas practice through amazing breath techniques.
Rohit is a fabulous intermediate trainer who practices & teaches Parkour and other advanced movements which is quick to learn and is effective & progressive. Here an individual learns to overcome their fears and realise their true potential and capabilities.
So we are here to offer you an excitement, challenging, peaceful, high energetic sessions which will help you to stay fit , strong, healthy and happy.

Welcome to the journey of transforming yourself from ordinary to extraordinary being.
This training will be guided to you by two enthusiast trainers who will guide you one on one either online or offline and help you to achieve your fitness goals and understand your fitness barriers.
All the workouts in our sessions are free movement based which covers all the fitness elements and are in connection to nature. As we all know that it's difficult to achieve one's fitness goals if the mental health and mindset are not balanced.
