About Arran
I’m a qualified Holistic Life Coach and Counsellor based in Sussex, UK. My work brings together psychological insight, emotional awareness, and holistic practices that focus on the connection between mind, body, and soul. Over the years, I’ve helped people gain clarity, rebuild confidence, and create lives that feel more balanced and meaningful. My approach is down-to-earth and human I don’t believe in quick fixes, but in real, lasting change that comes from understanding yourself on a deeper level. Alongside my general coaching work, I have a particular interest in men’s issues and the challenges many face around purpose, confidence, and relationships in today’s world. I offer online and in-person sessions that provide a calm, reflective space to explore where you are, where you’d like to be, and how to get there with greater self-awareness and balance.

Through a blend of reflection, practical guidance, and self-awareness work, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and habits that shape your life so you can move forward with purpose and confidence. Each session is grounded, personal, and focused on creating real, lasting change.
