About Me & My Approach
Hi, I’m Marwah (Mars). With over 10 years of professional tutoring experience and a strong technical background holding a Diploma in Science and a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Electrical Engineering, I offer a premier STEM tutoring service built on proven results. My deep subject knowledge, combined with a decade of teaching diverse learners, allows me to make complex concepts simple and approachable.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I work closely with students from Year 1 through to Year 13 (Ages 5 to 17) across Primary, Secondary, and High School levels, specializing heavily in NCEA preparation.

Tailored Success Plans: Every student’s journey starts by discussing exact goals with both the student and parents. I then build a customized plan designed to hit those specific milestones.
Simplifying Classroom Material: I take what students are learning in school and translate it into clear, age-appropriate language that removes the confusion and sets them up to succeed.
Curated Resources & Flashcards: I bring my own high-quality, targeted printouts of crucial STEM material to every session. Together, we build active-recall flashcards—a game-changer for acing NCEA exams.

Extensive 5-Lesson Progress Reports: Communication is vital. Every 5 lessons, I provide a detailed, comprehensive written report to both the student and the parents outlining strengths, areas of improvement, and next steps.
Lesson Logistics
Who I Teach: Students aged 5 to 17 (Primary, Secondary, and NCEA High School). Please note: I specialize strictly in school-level education and do not offer university-level tutoring.
Lesson Duration: 1-hour minimum per session to ensure we thoroughly cover the material and complete practical problem-solving.
