About Ritu
As a Spanish tutor with 17 years of teaching experience, I believe every student deserves a learning experience designed especially for them. My teaching philosophy focuses on personalized learning because every learner has different strengths, interests, and academic goals. By understanding these differences, I create lessons that encourage confidence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
My classes include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and conversational Spanish. I use practical examples, role-playing activities, interactive discussions, and communication exercises that help students apply their knowledge naturally. My lessons are carefully planned to balance grammar accuracy with real-world language use.
One of my unique teaching skills is recognizing learning challenges early and providing effective solutions that help students progress with confidence. I regularly evaluate performance, adjust lesson plans, and provide individualized feedback to ensure every learner continues improving.
I also believe that language and culture should be taught together. My lessons include traditions, customs, food, festivals, and authentic expressions from Spanish-speaking countries. This helps students gain a deeper understanding of the language while making learning more enjoyable.

My teaching approach combines structured learning with flexibility so every student can experience success in Spanish. Guided by compassion, integrity, and adaptability, I create personalized lessons that meet individual learning needs and objectives.
I focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking through practical exercises and meaningful communication. Students participate in discussions, role-playing, interactive activities, and everyday conversations that encourage natural language use.

Besides Spanish, I also teach conversational Spanish, grammar, vocabulary development, pronunciation, reading comprehension, writing skills, listening practice, business Spanish, travel Spanish, DELE preparation, Hispanic culture, and communication skills.
My objective is to help students become fluent, confident, and lifelong learners of the Spanish language.
