About Camille
I am a Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MPhil in Physics. My teaching follows a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, blending physics with art and restoration. I focus on how light interacts with pigments, the physical properties of art materials, and principles of conservation science. I use art historical examples to make concepts engaging and relevant. Non-destructive testing methods are a key part of my work, ensuring the safety of priceless artworks while exploring their material nature. I emphasise clear concept review to ensure understanding before moving to complex problems. Problem-solving techniques are taught step-by-step so students develop confidence in tackling any question. I include targeted drills and practice tests to prepare students effectively for exams. My lessons are designed to improve speed, accuracy, and reasoning skills. I use real-life examples and applications to make learning engaging. For AP Physics preparation, I focus on exam strategies, understanding scoring patterns, and mastering tricky problem types. I integrate mathematics into lessons to strengthen analytical skills and precision. Practice sessions are designed to simulate real exam conditions, helping students remain calm under pressure. I provide continuous feedback to track progress and improve weak areas. The goal is to prepare students for high scores while making the learning process enjoyable. Every session is aimed at boosting confidence for exam day and beyond.
