About Martina
I am a diving instructor and yoga practitioner. I have lived in Asia for about 5 years, it was in Thailand where I first approached meditation. I had the great opportunity to do spiritual retreats in a Buddhist temple. Meditation has helped me a lot in the everyday life and I have been able to see all the benefits on myself. It helped me to manage stress and be more productive from a work point of view. It improved my sleep quality and my body perception. It helped me in the pursuit of happiness in general.

For those of you who have not yet tried online meditation, I am sure that you will find yourself in front of something new to be discovered. And like any novelty at the beginning it makes us a bit skeptical. The good news is that this Covid emergency has called all of us to great changes, from smart working for those used to travel a lot for work, to online lessons for all students. The advantage of meditation is that it does not require physical contact, it can be done by anyone and wherever they are. Once we have learned the main meditation techniques and made our own those that are most congenial to us, we will not need lessons to call us back to the present moment, but we will be able to do it in total autonomy. I will teach you everything I have learned over the years. We will practice real relaxation sessions, I will teach you breathing and concentration techniques. I will help you follow the flow and find the present moment when you are feeling stressed or lost. I will teach you to stop, to listen to yourselves, to rediscover yourself; to like yourself, to manage anger and stress, but above all gratitude.
