About Naomi

Hi! I’m a Math tutor with over 5 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics. I specialize in introducing mathematical logic and proof theory to advanced high school and early university students. My lessons focus on formal reasoning, propositional and predicate logic, and foundational set theory. I use engaging paradoxes and carefully chosen problems to make abstract concepts accessible and exciting. My goal is to help students think rigorously and develop a deep understanding of mathematical structures. I have experience working with students interested in philosophy, computer science, and pure mathematics. Through step-by-step explanations and interactive problem-solving, I guide students in mastering the art of constructing proofs. I encourage curiosity and critical thinking, fostering confidence in approaching challenging concepts. Each lesson blends theory with practical examples, making learning both meaningful and enjoyable. I aim to transform abstract ideas into clear, logical understanding. Together, we explore the beauty of mathematics and develop strong analytical skills. My approach ensures students not only excel in exams but also in their broader intellectual pursuits. Join me to master the art of rigorous mathematical thinking and unlock your full potential in mathematics.

My teaching approach focuses on making mathematics practical, relevant, and easy to understand. I specialize in topics ranging from algebra, geometry, and trigonometry to financial mathematics, including interest calculations, investment analysis, and budgeting. I emphasize real-life applications, helping students see how math can guide everyday financial decisions.

Through hands-on examples and mathematical models, I teach how to plan budgets, analyze investments, and understand the logic behind compound and simple interest. Lessons are interactive, encouraging questions and step-by-step problem-solving. I focus on building strong conceptual understanding, so students feel confident applying math in real-world situations.

I dedicate myself to helping students refine their skills and excel in competitive exams and advanced problem-solving challenges. Practical exercises, clear explanations, and consistent feedback make learning engaging and meaningful. My goal is to develop both confidence and competence, ensuring students can approach financial and mathematical problems with ease.

By the end of our lessons, math is no longer abstract—it becomes a powerful tool for understanding and managing life’s numerical challenges. Every concept is tied to real-life examples, making learning both fun and useful.
