About Shikha
My approach to teaching math is all about making it engaging, relatable, and student-centered. I use hands-on activities, interactive problem-solving, and everyday examples to help students see the real-world value of math in their lives—from budgeting and shopping to science and technology. By connecting abstract concepts to familiar situations, I make math less intimidating and more meaningful. I create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new ideas, and learning from mistakes. My goal is to ensure every student not only understands the material but also feels confident, capable, and empowered to take on new challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm. With a balance of structure and creativity, I help students build a strong foundation while developing critical thinking and lifelong learning skills.
