About Иван
With over 9 years of experience in math and physics, I’ve helped many students succeed in exams like EGE and OGE, as well as adapt to international schools. I graduated from the President’s Physics and Mathematics Lyceum #239 and St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
I make complex subjects easy to understand, creating a supportive environment for students to build confidence and achieve their goals. My focus is on professionalism, continually improving my teaching methods to ensure the best results for every student.

As a tutor with over 9 years of experience in math and physics, I focus on understanding each student’s individual needs and creating a personalized learning plan. I simplify complex concepts using real-life examples and visual aids to ensure a deep understanding.
A typical lesson consists of a brief review of previous material, an explanation of the new topic, followed by solving practice problems together. The final part of the lesson focuses on independent problem-solving, where I provide guidance as students apply what they’ve learned. I always end with a summary and assign homework to reinforce the material.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my experience working with a diverse range of students, including those who have relocated to Europe and need help adapting to new educational systems. I also have a proven track record in preparing students for Russian exams such as EGE, OGE, and VPR, as well as helping them prepare for university admissions. I tailor each lesson to the student's level and pace, ensuring that even the most complex topics are accessible. Lessons are conducted in Russian, which makes them ideal for Russian-speaking students or those familiar with the language.
My lessons are for students in grades 8-11 (or equivalent), those preparing for Russian exams, children transitioning to international schools, or anyone looking to improve their math and physics skills.
