My Approach to Tutoring
I believe every learner has their own pace and style, so I tailor each lesson to meet individual needs. My methodology combines clear explanations, worked examples, and guided practice to build confidence and mastery. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simple, logical steps, encouraging active problem-solving rather than rote memorisation. I also use past papers and exam-style questions to help students prepare effectively and reduce exam stress.

Lesson Structure
A typical lesson lasts around 60–90 minutes. This allows enough time to review previous material, introduce new concepts, and practice problem-solving. I also assign optional follow-up exercises for students who want extra reinforcement between sessions.

Qualifications and Experience
With over 20 years of tutoring experience, I have successfully supported hundreds of students at A-Level, IB, GCSE, and university level. My academic background is in Mathematics and Statistics, and I’ve developed proven methods to help learners move from struggling with the basics to excelling in advanced topics.

Who My Lessons Are For
I teach motivated students aged 15+ preparing for GCSE, A-Level, or IB exams, as well as undergraduates needing help with mathematical methods, statistics, or coursework. Whether you’re aiming for top exam grades, strengthening weak areas, or building a solid foundation for university studies, I provide the guidance you need to succeed.
