About Peace

Hello! I’m Peace, a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience in education and a TEFL certification. I am passionate about helping students develop strong English skills, express themselves clearly, and discover the confidence that comes from understanding what they learn.

My teaching focuses on English grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and test preparation. I break down complex language concepts into clear, manageable steps, helping students understand sentence structure, punctuation, vocabulary, and the principles of effective writing. Rather than encouraging memorization alone, I help learners understand the rules of English and apply them independently.

Every student learns differently, and I believe effective teaching begins with understanding the individual. I identify areas where a student needs support, strengthen foundational skills, and adapt my explanations and practice activities to their level and goals. My lessons are structured, interactive, and supportive, with constructive feedback to help students recognize their progress and continue improving.

I understand that learning a language can sometimes feel challenging, especially when a student struggles to read confidently, organize ideas in writing, or apply grammar rules correctly. I create a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged, mistakes become learning opportunities, and every student is treated with patience and respect.

Whether your child needs help with school English, stronger reading comprehension, better essay writing, or preparation for examinations, I will work to make each lesson purposeful and relevant to their needs.

My goal is to help students become more capable, independent, and confident users of English—and to give parents confidence that their child's learning is receiving thoughtful, professional attention.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching English is built on a simple belief: students learn best when they understand not only what is correct, but why it is correct and how to apply it confidently.

I teach English grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and test preparation through clear explanations, practical examples, guided exercises, and regular feedback. I adapt my teaching to each student's current ability, learning pace, and goals, making difficult language concepts easier to understand and use.

A typical lesson begins by reviewing previous work and identifying areas that need attention. We then focus on a specific skill, such as sentence structure, punctuation, vocabulary, reading comprehension, or essay writing. I explain the concept, demonstrate examples, and guide the student through practice before allowing them to work independently. We review mistakes together, clarify misunderstandings, and finish by checking progress and identifying what to practise next.

What sets my approach apart is my patience, structured teaching, and commitment to genuine understanding. With over 15 years of experience in education, including curriculum development, I understand the importance of building strong foundations before moving to more advanced skills. I create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, learn from mistakes, and develop confidence without feeling embarrassed.

My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students who want to strengthen their English foundations, improve grammar and comprehension, develop better writing skills, or prepare for school examinations and other relevant tests. Whether a student needs help with classroom work or wants to communicate more clearly and write more effectively, I tailor each lesson to their needs and help them make steady, meaningful progress.
