About Isla
My teaching methodology in Economics is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I motivate students by showing how Economics applies to everyday life, making learning meaningful and interesting. I encourage curiosity and a positive mindset, helping students stay engaged and confident while exploring new topics. I explain concepts in simple and clear language, encourage questions, and foster discussions that help students fully understand and retain ideas. I focus on active learning rather than memorisation, ensuring students grasp both theory and application. Integrity guides my teaching, as I create a trustworthy and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable sharing difficulties. Creativity plays a key role, using real-life examples, case studies, and problem-solving activities to make lessons dynamic. Besides Economics, I also teach related subjects to give students a broader understanding and practical knowledge.

I am an enthusiastic Economics tutor with 7 years of teaching and professional experience. I teach school and college students with a strong passion for education, aiming to make complex concepts simple and understandable for every learner. Seeing my students succeed in exams and real-life applications of Economics has been one of my greatest rewards.
