About Dean
I have over 3 years of experience teaching Economics to school, college, and working professionals. My tutoring approach is friendly, patient, and focused on helping each student understand concepts clearly. I cover a wide range of topics including microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and development economics. My teaching methodology in Economics is centered around positivity, empathy, and critical thinking. I create a safe and encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. I believe economics is not just about numbers and graphs—it’s about understanding the world, making decisions, and thinking deeply about resources, policies, and people’s behavior.
As a mentor, I help students develop strong analytical and reasoning skills by guiding them through real-life examples, case studies, and current events. I use simple explanations and encourage active discussions so students can connect theory to everyday life. I support them in breaking down complex ideas in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and even econometrics, into manageable and clear parts.
I tailor my lessons to fit each student’s needs, making sure they stay motivated and confident. Besides Economics, I also teach related subjects to give students a broader understanding of the field. With my supportive and reflective approach, students not only improve their grades but also grow into independent and thoughtful learners.
