I’m an experienced Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of teaching and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. My journey in chemistry has been fueled by a deep curiosity about how it shapes the world around us — especially the food we eat. I’m passionate about the fascinating chemistry behind food preservation and analysis, and I love sharing that passion with my students.
I’ve explored how chemical changes cause food spoilage and how antioxidants, emulsifiers, and preservatives work to keep food safe and appealing. From the science of canning, drying, and fermentation to the role of acidity and enzymes, I guide students through the invisible yet powerful reactions happening in our kitchens and industries. I also help students understand how chemistry ensures food quality, safety, and nutritional value.
My lessons are tailored to make complex topics like oxidation, microbial inhibition, and emulsification accessible and engaging. I believe in connecting theoretical concepts to real-world examples so students can truly appreciate the role of chemistry in daily life.
