About Josie
My teaching methodology is based on flexibility, collaboration, and creativity to make Chemistry easier and more enjoyable for every student. I adapt my lessons to fit different learning styles, ensuring that each student learns at a comfortable pace. Collaboration plays a key role in my sessions—I encourage open discussions, problem-solving together, and active participation to build confidence and curiosity. This approach makes complex topics like Organic, Electro, and Biochemistry more practical, interesting, and easier to understand. I also include creative exercises, visual explanations, and everyday applications to strengthen comprehension. I believe in honest communication, consistent feedback, and genuine support. Besides Chemistry, I can teach related subjects to help students build a solid foundation in science. My goal is to inspire, simplify, and guide students toward academic success through engaging, meaningful learning experiences.

With over 7 years of tutoring experience, I have guided more than 250 students in mastering Chemistry with confidence and curiosity. Teaching has always been my passion, and I take great pride in helping high school and college students discover the beauty of Chemistry through patience, creativity, and real-world connections.
Throughout my career, I have helped students achieve top grades, overcome academic challenges, and develop a genuine interest in science. One of my proudest milestones has been mentoring struggling learners who later went on to excel in their exams and pursue science-related careers.
My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I believe that every learner has the potential to succeed when taught with understanding and encouragement.
