About Evie
My Chemistry lessons take you into the deeper, more thoughtful side of the subject, where theory and mathematics reveal the true structure of chemical behaviour. Whether we are studying spectroscopy, energy distributions, or equilibrium, the goal is to make each concept feel logical and accessible.

I am a Chemistry tutor with over 10 years of experience and a BSc in Polymer Chemistry. I love using analytical science to explain how our environment works and how we can protect it. My expertise includes chromatographic techniques such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), which I use to teach pollutant analysis and environmental monitoring.
I enjoy helping students understand how these instruments reveal what’s hidden in air, water, and soil. Sampling methods, separation principles, detection limits, and data interpretation are central themes in my lessons, and I break them down in simple, clear ways. These concepts become much easier when students see how they fit into real environmental investigations.
I focus on showing how analytical chemistry tools can solve real-world problems—whether it’s tracking contaminants, assessing water quality, or studying industrial impacts. My teaching style combines practical insight with scientific curiosity, helping students develop confidence in working with complex ideas.
I believe chemistry is most powerful when applied thoughtfully, and I guide learners to connect theory, technique, and purpose. Every session strengthens both understanding and awareness of how chemistry influences environmental decisions.
