About Rolando
I'm a structural engineering PhD with 15+ years of experience playing and teaching bridge. I have been a member of junior and open Ecuadorian team, and U21 South American champion. Furthermore, I have been a director and pro player for about 4 years, helping several people to get to Lifemaster. My goal will always be to broaden your understanding of the game as I think this is key to drastically improve your game.

Lessons will be conducted on BBO or in Las Vegas area if in person. We can get into hand evaluation, declarer play and/or defense. Each lesson can be tailored for a specific need (e.g. learning a specific convention, learning when to finesse and when not to, etc)
All bidding will be based on either 2/1 or SAYC (whichever you prefer)
Lessons can be general too, general coaching with hand analysis and discussions.
