About Samantha
As college student from the small island of Rota in the Northern Mariana Islands, my journey to The University of Texas at Austin represents my unwavering dedication to academic excellence. Maintaining a high GPA while studying Psychology at one of the nation's top public universities, I bring the same determination and passion to my tutoring approach.
My experience spans from leading youth programs at Foundation Communities to developing educational curricula and mentoring students. Having graduated in the top 2% of my high school class and maintained straight A's throughout my academic career, I understand what it takes to succeed while making learning enjoyable and accessible.
Working with diverse communities, from my island hometown to Austin's urban environment, has shaped my ability to connect with students from all backgrounds. I combine my academic achievements with real-world experience in youth development to create an engaging, supportive learning environment. My background in psychology also helps me understand different learning styles and adapt my teaching methods accordingly.

As a psychology student and experienced youth program leader, I create engaging, structured lessons that make learning feel like an adventure.
