About Nethra
I have always had a deep passion for the English language, not just as a subject, but as a powerful tool for expression, communication, and confidence-building. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently achieved A1 grades for all my English tests and examinations, culminating in an A1 for my O-Level English as well. These results reflect not only my strong grasp of the language, but also my dedication to mastering it.
Beyond my own academic success, I discovered a genuine passion and talent for teaching. I find great fulfillment in helping others understand and appreciate English, especially when I see students grow more confident in their abilities. Over time, I have developed a patient and adaptable teaching approach, recognizing that every child learns differently. I take pride in breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable explanations, ensuring that my students feel supported rather than overwhelmed.
Having spent a long time tutoring and closely following MOE standards, I am highly familiar with the syllabus requirements, exam formats, and marking expectations. This allows me to guide students effectively, not only in improving their language skills but also in performing well in exams.
